Coach Stefan: Leading the Way in Gymnastics Excellence

Leading the coaching team, Stefan has developed comprehensive training programmes that have significantly improved the skills and confidence of young gymnasts. His innovative approach has been instrumental in the academy’s success.

Under his self-employed business STK SPORT, Stefan taught gymnastics and fitness to personal clients in London (both children and adults) as well as group gymnastics classes to some schools and clubs.

Stefan ran the school’s gymnastics club, providing gymnastics coaching to children from Key Stage 1 (5-7 years of age) and Key Stage 2 (7-11 years of age) at the sports hall as part of their extra-curricular activities from January 2015 to July 2018.

During his tenure, Stefan focused on foundational gymnastics skills, ensuring a strong technical base for young athletes, which laid the groundwork for their future success in competitive gymnastics. Stefan’s gymnasts at the Elite Gymnastics Academy won certificates, medals and trophies from club and regional gymnastics competitions in London.

Stefan worked as a gymnastics coach for 5 years at one of the biggest and oldest sports club in Bulgaria. During these years he gained coaching experience in parallel with the theoretical courses as a university student. Stefan had a huge success in his club, coaching primary school children to compete at regional, national and international level, as well as teaching recreational gymnastics and preparing large gymnastics performances.
